For a long time I have wanted to be qualified to give women practical tips for how better to manage their health and weight and now I can!
I am proud to announce that after a full on year of study, I am now a qualified health coach which enables me to empower women like you to take back control of your health, your energy, your weight and ultimately your life.
And what's even better, this process is natural, easy to follow and actually expands your diet as opposed to requiring restriction!
Every woman I have coached has experienced less cravings, has felt fuller for longer, has improved sleep and energy, a more postive mindset AND they have lost weight. One lady lost 12lb in just 6 weeks and was still able to enjoy all the foods she liked!
The secret is blood sugar balancing.
Here are my 5 top tips to get you started.
Eat every 3-4 hours over a 12 hour period.
Leave at least 12 hours between your last meal and your first meal.
Make sure that all carbohydrates are paired with a protein.
Use olive oil and apple cider vinegar to dress your salads, and where possible chose a salad starter before a carb heavy meal.
Reduce processed foods, in exchange for whole foods wherever possible.
